MILLBANK10 saves 10% on the accommodation package price, capped at £75 per booking. Submit your request by 31 October 2026, 11:59pm UK time. Eligible nights: 1 November 2026–25 March 2027, Monday–Thursday only, minimum two nights, excluding dates marked peak in our calendar. Applies to our existing package prices; cannot combine with another voucher. Sofa-bed setup, EV usage and the refundable hot-tub deposit are excluded. One successful redemption per booking email; an active discounted request reserves that email’s use until paid or released by the owner. Subject to availability and owner approval. A request does not reserve dates.

Payment, cancellation and hot-tub deposit

Booking provider: Dale Shaughnessy, trading as The Millbank Retreat. The Millbank Retreat, 47 Mill Bank Estate, Llandegfan, Menai Bridge, Anglesey, LL59 5RD. Email: themillbankretreat@gmail.com.

Payment: The full agreed stay price, including any £30 sofa-bed setup, is payable upfront after owner approval. Hot-tub use requires a separate £500 refundable hot-tub damage deposit. Cot setup is free. EV charging is £0.40/kWh, charged after checkout for actual usage with a usage screenshot.

Cancellation: Email themillbankretreat@gmail.com. If your cancellation reaches us at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in (3pm, Europe/London), we refund the full amount paid, including selected setup charges and the hot-tub deposit. For later cancellations, the £500 deposit is refunded in full. We may retain up to the agreed stay price to cover reasonable losses directly caused by cancellation. We will take reasonable steps to rebook the dates and reduce the charge by replacement booking income and costs saved. We will explain any amount retained. Bookings made less than 14 days before check-in start within this later-cancellation period.

Hot-tub deposit: This covers only evidenced hot-tub damage caused during your stay, excluding existing faults and normal wear. It does not cover damage elsewhere in the property. After inspection, we will initiate the refund of the deposit, less any reasonable evidenced damage deductions, within 7 days of checkout. We will explain deductions and provide supporting evidence. Your bank may take additional time to credit the refund.

Your booking: Submitting this form is a request only; no payment is taken and no dates are reserved by submission. We check availability and send the agreed price and payment instructions before confirmation. If we cancel your booking, we refund all amounts paid. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
